What MopTop is doing to help

  • September 1oth – White Chapel “Day to Shine” Event – MopTop donated product to the to help the Battered Women’s Foundation for a day of body, mind and soul nurturing.
  • MopTop is partnering with HAT to donate products and support the naturalista’s deployed overseas who are unable to get their hands on products.
  • October 2011 – MopTop will donate $1 to breast cancer awareness for every order placed through October 31 st.

Summer Hair and the Pool!

Gosh, it seems like yesterday my kids started the school year and here we are finishing all of the end of year school parties, ending dance recitals, softball tournaments, and on and on. I love watching my kids grow, albeit a little too fast for my liking! With the start of summer, we also start swimming!

Kids Night Time Hair Routine!

I don’t know about you, but my mornings are ALWAYS the most hectic.

We have 3 kids, all with different hair textures, and very little time to get everyone ready in the morning.  So what we do is take baths at night.

It’s funny, I have to watch all of my kids (even my oldest) when it comes to shampooing, since they cannot “see” their hair to see if all of the shampoo is rinsed out. Sometimes they think they have gotten all of the suds out, when they have not. The shampoo can build up residue if not fully rinsed.  Read the rest of this entry »


Working Out and Doing Your Hair.

Ok, I’m a runner.

I am one of those crazy people that HAS to run 4 to 5 times a week… for my sanity.

I do not run a long distance unless I am training for a race, but when I run, I get sweaty and smelly. Not very attractive, I know.

I do envy those women that just barely perspire sometimes, but how do you know you get a good work out unless you sweat and get gross?
