You may return any item purchased from us for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. We do NOT accept returns for 32 ounce sizes, retail sizes only. Only one opened package of any product in a shipment is eligible for return. All others products must be in unopened and original condition to receive a full refund on products(s) purchased, excluding shipping of original order. Your refund will be processed based on your original form of payment. Opened or damaged items may only be eligible for partial refund or merchandise credit. You may mail the product and receipt to:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, include a copy of the receipt, pay for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Damaged items will be replaced with identical product only. A photo of the damaged item will be required. Damage must be reported with in 5 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement.
Why would MopTop prefer customers to purchase from a salon?
We love our customers and salons and if there is a salon in your area you can purchase product without paying shipping. Also remember that 1/3 of the outcome is the cut; 1/3 of the outcome is product (water soluble being key) and 1/3 of the outcome is product application and we feel that our salons can assist our customers in getting the full deal. If I do not have a salon in my area how will my package be shipped?
Our shipping carrier is USPS or FEDEX. FEDEX does not deliver on Sunday nor do they ship to a PO Box. Your orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days and you should receive your order within 1 to 4 business days after the order is processed.

What is the difference between a MopTop Master Salon and a MopTop Product Salon?
A “Master” salon has completed the MopTop master cut training to be able to determine the proper product solution, perform the correct cut, and to teach the true MopTop application techniques. “Product” salon is aware of the MopTop product benefits and offers them to their cliental.
Which products will work best for me?
As a general rule; when the individual strands of hair are thinner or finer and/or the client has fewer hairs per square inch and if you can make a pony tail it would be a smaller in diameter ponytail we suggest the lighter conditioner. As the hair becomes more course and/or the individual stands become thicker or more hairs per square inch ie. fatter diameter ponytail will require the heavier conditioners. The same analogy applies for the styling products, starting with the leave-in conditioner being the lightest styling product.
Will MopTop Deep Conditioner weigh down my hair?
The deep conditioner does weigh down but the positive outcomes are softening course hair, repairing damaged hair or as a ongoing deep conditioning maintenance treatment when your curls need refreshning.
Does MopTop Ship out of the US?
