Occasionally, our customers are less satisfied with our products. Rely on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! You may return any retail-sized item (2 – 12 oz) purchased from our website within thirty (30) days of purchase that is at least 3/4 full. For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase.
Only one (1) opened package of any product in a shipment is eligible for return. All others products must be in unopened and in original condition to receive a full refund on products(s) purchased, excluding shipping of original order.
Your refund will be processed based on your original form of payment. Opened or consumed items may only be eligible for partial refund or merchandise credit.

We do NOT accept returns for 32 ounce sizes – retail sizes only.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returns, including both outbound shipping costs and those incurred when returning product(s).
Please carefully package the product (secure caps with tape to avoid breaks and spills) and include a copy of your receipt. Returned product must be postmarked prior to 30 days from the date of the original delivery date. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
RETURNS FROM STORE PURCHASES
If you purchase a MopTop product from a retail store and are dissatisfied with the product, but cannot return it because you no longer have your receipt, you may ship it to us for a refund at your expense (i.e., no refund will be given for return shipping charges). We will need to know the store you purchased the product from, the batch number on the bottom of the bottle, and the date of purchase to assess the refund amount.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
We do everything possible to process orders correctly and securely package our products prior to shipping so that everything arrives ready to use! Occasionally, mistakes are made by shippers and products arrive cracked or leaking, or we make a human error in the packing process. No fear! We will work with you to resolve these issues quickly.
Photos of the incorrect and/or damaged item(s) are required, specifically:
1. A side view of the product(s) in question with the front label showing.
2. Photos of the box, both inside and out, so that we can process claims internally and with the post office.
Damages or mis-shipments must be reported within five (5) days of delivery to be eligible for replacement consideration.
Please note: Due to the consistency of the Mongongo Oil and the bottle having a flip-top lid for easier application, a pressure seal has been placed on the bottles to prevent spills during shipping. If this tab appears “broken” upon receipt, there is no reason for concern. It simply means the bottle was shifted during transport and prevented the product from spilling from the bottle.
