The Moptop Origin Story

"I was the only one in my family with crazy curly, frizzy hair.

The kids were very MEAN growing up... (when you see my childhood mullet 'Yes, thats me!' you'll understand why)

Flash forward, I have three girls with all different textures and was determined to empower my girls to love their hair with confidence and solve their issues with frizz."

Our Mission

We believe healthy hair starts at the scalp, which is why we skip the harsh ingredients so many big brands still use. Our formulas are naturally derived and created with real care, and that passion starts with our founder, Kelly. She’s often on the phone with customers, doing “frizz interventions,” and leading every step of product innovation to make sure your curls get the love they deserve.
