All products ship within 1-3 business days, with the exception of holidays, inclement weather, flooding, or other potential Acts of God (Note: Bad Hair Days do not qualify as an Act of God!).
To continue to keep shipping rates down for our customers, we compare shipping rates every day and ship via FedEx Smartpost or USPS Priority Mail.
How Do I Track My Order?
MopTop believes in open communication and understands how exciting it is to receive packages in the mail! Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with your USPS or FedEx tracking number.
Please note that once your package leaves our facility, we are unable to recall an order, so please refer to our Return Policy

Can I Call An Order In?
We would prefer if you didn’t! We like to have a paper trail for everything we do to hold both customer and MopTop accountable for the contents of every box we ship out.
If you prefer not to place an order through our website, you may send an order to email@example.com. Please include your first and last name, complete shipping address, city, state, zip, phone number and email address. We will then create a PayPal request for payment and once that is paid, we will ship to you. Easy peasy!

Does MopTop Ship Outside of the US?
MopTop ships to all 50 United States and orders can be placed through our website.
If you are located in Australia, please visit 4MyCurls
to purchase MopTop products. We do not currently offer direct shipment to Australia.
If you live beyond the U.S., Canada or Australia, unfortunately it is unlikely we will be able to serve you. We are not EU-certified, and so cannot accommodate requests from EU countries, but beyond that all international shipping rates are extremely high, most customers are unwilling to pay them, and we cannot absorb them.

Where Is My Order?
MopTop does everything possible to monitor your order from the time we receive it until the time it arrives at your home, including providing tracking information so you can also conveniently track the status of your package.
Once USPS notifies us that the package has been delivered to the SHIP TO address included in your order, MopTop will no longer accept responsibility for the whereabouts of the package.
MopTop reserves the right to treat these individual cases at our sole discretion, especially if past the 30 days from delivery mark. Please first refer to your tracking confirmation email for delivery updates and contact us at email@example.com

MopTop automatically applies free shipping to your order if you purchase more than $75 worth of product (after discounts are applied). A shipping charge of $5 is applied if you purchase $25 - $49, our standard shipping charge for less that $25 is $10.
Hand Sanitizer Shipping
We are required to ship orders than contain hand sanitizer via Ground methods. This may delay delivery in the current environment. MopTop employs staff that have completed the Department of Transportation International Air Transport Association Dangerous Goods Training and the Hazardous Materials Non-Bulk Training HM126-F.
Order Acceptance and Billing
You must provide truthful and accurate billing information. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information may result in order cancellation. Before we accept and process an order, we may also request that you provide additional information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified through our efforts to avoid fraud and/or account abuse.
If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
