Make Sure You Have an Account

You MUST confirm your e-mail address to complete the registration process. You will receive an e-mail that contains a link you need to click to verify you really did want to sign up for an account.

Sign in to the Smile Pop Up

In the lower right corner of our site you will find a 'gift' icon:

Click that icon to open the reward program pop up. You can use your computer or your mobile device. If you are logged in you will see your points balance.

Redeem Rewards

The minimum point balance to redeem rewards is 50 points. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on product purchases. You may redeem up to 250 points at one time, or in any increment of 50 points up to 250 points. Click the 'Ways to redeem' line in the Smile pop up.

If you have enough points to redeem a reward you will see the 'View' button to activate the reward.

Click the View button and use the slider to select the points you would like to redeem. The 'Redeem' button will light up green when you have selected your point redemption level.

You'll get a coupon you can apply to your next order. Click the Apply code button to add the code automatically to your shopping cart and complete your purchase.
