Subscribe & Save Program Details
We want you to save 15% on your order every time you buy, and make it easier for you to get our product on time, so we've implemented a subscribe and save program. Simply select the subscribe and save option when you add product to your cart.
You're in control of how frequently the product ships: 30, 60 or 90 days. You can select a different frequency for each individual product but remember, orders over $75 ship free so it's in your best interest to combine product subscriptions. You're in control - you can skip a shipment, cancel a subscription (after two shipments have been processed), or change the frequency, all from your online account access.
Is there a minimum subscription?
Yes, we request that you keep the subscription in place for two shipments, which includes your initial shipment. If you are unsure of how frequently you will need product feel free to set your date out 90 days! You can always move the next shipment closer if you're going to run out sooner than you expected.
How do I control my subscription?
You need to have an active account on our website, then you can login to manage your subscription. From your My Account page you can skip a shipment, change your frequency, or cancel your subscription (after the second order has shipped).
If you have not previously signed up for an account you need to go through the registration AND confirmation process. This keeps us from spamming users by making sure you do want an account setup on our website. Please go to the registration page, enter your details then keep an eye out for the confirmation e-mail. You MUST click on that confirmation link to get your account activated. Once you've completed that step you will be able to see all your past orders, and control your current subscription settings.
We also send an e-mail reminder 3 days prior to each shipment which includes a link to directly manage that shipment so be sure to add us to your safe senders link so you don't miss a message! If you want to skip a subscription you must take action prior to 1AM CST on the date of your renewal.
