• MopTop is made for all hair types and textures, from thin/fine and straight to thick kinky-coily hair, in any condition, including hair that is dry, frizzy, color-treated or chemically-treated. Any of these types of hair need moisture, moisture, moisture! Moisture helps tame unmanageable hair and our goal is to help you have many frizz-free days!

• The skin is the largest organ on your body and it can absorb up to 60% of what you put on it, so you should pay attention to the ingredients you use.

• There are no sulfates in our shampoos. These are harsh cleansing agents that can quickly dry out the hair, as well as increase the likelihood of fading color, and leave you with frizz.

• There are no insoluble silicones and no waxes in any of our products. These ingredients will build up and require stripping off of the hair. While stripping off the build-up, you also strip off your natural moisture and natural oils and that leaves you with frizz.

• There are no alcohols in our styling products. These ingredients will dry out the hair and leave you with frizz.

• Most of our products have no parabens (except in our Salon Daily Conditioner).

• Our products are great for 2nd and 3rd day hair.

• While we are tackling hair issues, we strive to have as little impact on the earth AND your body as possible — not only are our products free of the "yucky" stuff, but we use biodegradable peanuts in each of our shipments, or we re-use existing non-biodegradable peanuts from our wholesalers, and all our packaging is recyclable.
